Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Society Girl Co. We know you're probably already planning the outfit, so here are the official rules on how we get your new statement piece from our doors to yours.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, our club is exclusive to the United States. We only ship domestically and do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing & Production Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (MST)). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays—even Society Girls need their beauty sleep.
Production & Fulfillment: Society Girl Co operates on a make-to-order model. We design our pieces in-house and partner with top-tier print networks (CustomCat, Printify, and Burgerprints) to physically print and fulfill your orders. Because your items are custom-printed through our partner facilities, your package will ship directly from one of their US-based fulfillment centers. This is also why you may receive items in separate packages if you order multiple different types of products. Think of it as extended unboxing.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping model to ensure transparency at checkout. To quote our Late Girls Society: "I know what I want, I'm probably late, and I look good doing it"[cite: 1]—but we try to make sure your package isn't.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can refresh the tracking page obsessively.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Society Girl Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
