We own our bad decisions. Because we only accept returns for seller-fault issues (defects, wrong items) within our US shipping zones, Society Girl Co will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid US shipping label upon return authorization.

5. Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
